Adrienne Johnson

Yoga instructor

Adrienne is a self-proclaimed “body nerd,” and finds the connection between the mind and body fascinating. She found herself in a yoga class in 2011, and has practiced consistently ever since. In 2015, she took the next step by becoming a 200-hr yoga teacher. Her teaching style is strongly influenced by Anusara and Iyengar principles. Her pursuit of wellness lead her to become interested in massage therapy. She gradated with 1000 hours in massage therapy and holistic health in November of 2017. She has since started her own wellness practice, which involves a combination of massage therapy, yoga, and holistic health. In her yoga classes, her intention is create a safe and fun environment in which you can explore sensations and feelings in your body, while gaining a deeper understanding of alignment and anatomy. Ultimately, her goal with all her students and clients is to help them feel more embodied—more connected to and more comfortable in their bodies and their minds.

In her free time, Adrienne spends time with her dog, loves to hike, travel, and do yoga, and occasionally moonlights as an artist.
