Studio classes are back! 

Virtual classes will continue.

We have re-opened our doors to studio classes.

Class size will be limited to 8 people to maintain social distancing.

You must sign up for class in advance. No walk-ins.

Please bring your own mat to every class.

Please use provided hand sanitizer upon arrival and after class.

All equipment will be cleaned after each use using CDC recommended bleach cleaner. All equipment will be sprayed down again each night. 


Virtual classes will continue on Zoom.

If you sign up for a VIRTUAL class you will receive a ZOOM invitation

 that is sent to the email on your MINDBODY account.

Be_Fitness offers several different class styles that meet you at your current fitness level and then challenge you to progress. If you want to be strong, if you want to be confident, if you want to de-stress, or to just work on better posture, there is a class for you!

Short on time but have big goals? HIIT is for you! Classes for all fitness levels, whether you're a burpee-loving fool or a known jump-lunge-ophobic!  


Most classes at Be_Fitness are centered on the idea that higher intensity at a shorter duration can provide health benefits for those on a time budget.  

Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the science, but here's what HIIT Training (on a regular basis) can do for you:

1. Improve cardiovascular fitness and reduce the risk of heart disease.

2. Help increase the amount of ATP (energy) your body produces to get through daily life. Who doesn't want to feel more energized?

3. Increase insulin sensitivity and thereby staving off the risk of diabetes.

4. Increase fat break down in both subcutaneous and intramuscular fat stores (bye bye belly fat!)
